What's going on, Miss Anthropy? The truth is, practically nothing. I have fuck all to do in this first term of uni, so I'm wasting my time, well, attempting to beat DS games, cross-stitching my life away on this bloody dragon, and cleaning out these monsters we call Darren and Kai. Rat Un et Rat Deux. Bloody menaces. Aside from that, I've been decent. Bored, moody and fairly okay. Finally got around to watching Firefly, hurrah, it's very good. October Expo was nice - got to say hi to old friends and buy shitloads of sexy butlers and shota bait Kuroshitsuji posters, the Cosplay Fever book and some random bits. Keyblades are a menace, they need to be recleaned and painted, seeing as they rubbed all over my white tailcoat (I have the worst luck with dye/paint rubbing off onto clothes - see Ciel), but apart from that, I had the pleasure of introducing Eamon and Wen-Wen to the glory that is Expo. Huzzah.

I've got a massive backlog of books to read as well, lots of dystopian things, trying to get back into sci-fi stuff, and some plain old skiffy, but I can't quite concentrate enough to read them. Same with the piano. Whenever I get home, I can't stand to be in the same room as the bloody thing - and when I do sit down and attempt to play, it sounds like I'm nine all over again. The keyboard in the living room helps nothing, sadly. Although, I'm able to draw on demand-ish, and there will be more fanart soon. And cosplay photos- we need to utilise our bloody woods/uni/Hogwarts.

Aya was probably the most amazing experience ever. I'm still giggly over the whole thing. I wish I'd made more of an effort to talk to people, but still, it was immense.
Can't wait for Amecon. Planning out piano/singing duets as we speak. Still can't decide whether to go to Kitacon as I have no new cosplays at the moment/money is an issue as always/timing could be better for exams, but it'll be the last year I'll be able to go. Ah well.

Looking forward to having Dani over again, she who eats all my lovely food and lets us cover her in rodents. :3 (IT WAS FUN, LET'S DO IT AGAIN SOON, YES?). Our flat is immense.

So, I've been better, but I'm not letting my ennui get any worse? *shrug*
